To guarantee the purest Signal chain we used high-end outboard gear like our Chandler Limited Rack Mixer, Vovox cables and Universal Audio Interfaces. All 102 WAV files are key and tempo-labeled at 127 BPM.
Inspired by the classics of the 80s, created for modern producers. This package is a mix of live drums I recorded with my friend from Warsaw and also old drum machines. Designed using techniques used in the 1980s, but also affordable in current production. Each sample is unique, designed down to the smallest detail. This sample pack was the biggest challenge for me. I spent hundreds of hours making it and I am really proud of what I have made.
UK Bass Music continues to feed scenes that reach far wider than the island’s shores. For this first edition of UK Bass Music Essentials from Soul Rush Records we’re delving into the sounds of UK Funky, Deep House, UK garage and Afro Beat influenced amongst others by Justin Martin, Roska, Lil Silva, Quentin Harris and Dennis Ferrer. We sampled recordings of real life textures and instruments from wind chimes and bongos to rainsticks & wood blocks to bring in a human and slightly acoustic feel to our electronic beats. All were then processed with vintage parallel compression, light reverbs, tape saturation and limiting with state of the art plugins to give the beats power and character.
Handpan Grooves is a collection of groovy and melodic handpan loops that will add beautiful, healing and peaceful vibrations to your music. Extracted from 4 Mantravine songs, these samples have been recorded in 24bit, 48 Khz and organised in 4 tempos of 80, 90, 100 and 105 bpm loops in 5 folders. Produced by Mantravine and Shion Kitamura featuring handpan artists Kazuhiro Sugano and Mas Munbear.
